All OTR tyres provided by Suryakiran are sourced from authorized manufacturers and include official manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are subject to evaluation and manufacturer approval.

2. Usage Guidelines
OTR tyres must be used within specified load and inflation parameters. Damage caused by misuse or application on unsuitable terrain will not be covered under warranty.

3. Installation & Maintenance
Installation must be carried out by trained technicians. Regular inspections, wheel alignment, and proper inflation are required to ensure longevity and warranty validity.

4. Return & Replacement Policy
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Approved replacements will be processed as per manufacturer terms within 15–30 working days.

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders require 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery & Transit
Suryakiran ensures secure packing and dispatch, but shall not be held liable for damage caused during transit. Optional transit insurance is available upon request.
